About Andrew

Andrew Scheim is a holistic health consultant, educator, and trauma resolution practitioner whose work is grounded in trauma-oriented bodywork and the intelligent integration of multiple healing traditions.

Rather than promoting a single therapy or philosophy, Andrew helps people connect ideas that are rarely discussed together. His work explores how trauma, nervous-system regulation, nutrition, lifestyle, movement, terrain, cellular health, and modern wellness technologies may complement one another.

Andrew owned a successful health food business for twenty-five years, giving him extensive experience in nutrition, supplementation, and natural-health education. He also spent many years as a professional musician and credits that experience with teaching him the art of deep listening—a skill that later became central to his work with people.
