Teaching Integrative Holistic Skills

Welcome

Thank you for considering me as a guest on your podcast.

My goal is simple: to educate, inspire, and empower your audience.

Rather than promoting a single therapy or philosophy, I teach people how to think integratively. I enjoy connecting ideas that are rarely discussed together—helping listeners understand how trauma, the nervous system, nutrition, lifestyle, movement, terrain, cellular health, and modern wellness technologies can complement one another.

Every interview is tailored to your audience. Whether your listeners are interested in functional medicine, biohacking, trauma recovery, chronic illness, athletic performance, longevity, or holistic wellness, my objective is to leave them with practical ideas they can immediately apply.

Why Book Andrew?

We live in a world of specialists.

Every practitioner views health through a different lens. One focuses on hormones, another on nutrition, another on the nervous system, another on gut health, another on movement, another on emotions.

Each perspective has value.

The challenge is that many people are left trying to connect the pieces themselves.

That is where my work begins.

Instead of asking,

“Which therapy is best?”

I ask,

“How do these approaches complement one another?”

My interviews are educational rather than promotional. I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and practical understanding.

Listeners consistently tell me they leave with a broader framework for understanding health instead of simply another treatment recommendation.

About Andrew

Andrew Scheim is a holistic health consultant, educator, and trauma resolution practitioner whose work is grounded in trauma-oriented bodywork and the intelligent integration of multiple healing traditions.

Over the past several decades Andrew has studied and worked with trauma-oriented bodywork, naturopathy, Chinese medicine, homeopathy, Nature Cure, terrain medicine, Ayurveda, nutrition, fascia therapies, acupressure, nervous system regulation, and emerging wellness technologies.

Andrew owned a successful health food business for twenty-five years, giving him extensive experience with nutrition, supplementation, and natural health education. He also spent many years as a professional musician, an experience he credits with teaching him the art of listening deeply—a skill that profoundly shaped his later work with people.

His passion is education.

Rather than telling people what to think, Andrew helps them understand how multiple healing systems can work together.

His work is built upon a simple observation:

Healing rarely comes from one answer.

It usually comes from understanding how many different pieces fit together.

Andrew’s Philosophy

“We live in a world of specialists.

My passion is helping people become their own integrative health professional.

Rather than searching for one magic therapy, I encourage people to understand how trauma, nervous system regulation, nutrition, movement, cellular health, terrain, lifestyle, and modern technologies can work together.

My goal is not to replace healthcare.

My goal is to help people become informed participants in their own healing journey.”

Thank You

Thank you for considering me as a guest on your podcast.

I believe some of the most meaningful conversations happen when we stop asking, “What is the one answer?” and begin asking, “How do the pieces fit together?”

If that approach resonates with your audience, I would be honored to join you for a thoughtful, educational conversation.
